Bickleigh Barracks

Our gym at RMC 42 has a large functional training area with a mixture of equipment offered, including:

• Weights machines
• Free weights
• Cardiovascular (CV) equipment
• The gym is also equipped with a large climbing wall covering the far end wall. Complete with Trublue™ auto belay devices, the wall also has a mixture of set climbs to suit people across a wide range of abilities.

We have two sports courts available here, with the squash court available for booking. Rackets and balls can also be booked.

The other court is currently being used dually: as a Dojo for martial arts, and a boxing gym.

We have several areas where you can enjoy outdoor sports and recreational activities, which include training areas equipped with pull bars and 30ft ropes.

You can also benefit from our rugby pitch and two football pitches, which comprise one 3G pitch and one grass pitch.
