If the incident poses an immediate danger or involves maritime pollution, please contact Portsmouth VTS (24/7) on the above telephone number. Additionally, a written report shall be submitted using the below form.

For incidents/dangerous occurrences

Please use the form below to report incidents or dangerous occurrences within the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth. If further information is required, KHM may contact you on the contact details you submit via the form.

Incidents that occur within 100m of Portsmouth International Port infrastructure, within Gunwharf Quays or the Camber should be reported to the Harbour Master at Portsmouth International Port.
