If you’re interested in organising or amending an event in Plymouth Harbour, you’ll need to email a Water Event Information Document to the Deputy King’s Harbour Master.

Changes to Water Events Diary
The Water Events Diary will be amended to reflect changes on a periodic basis. These reflect the changes that organisers of events on the waters of the Dockyard Port are sometimes obliged to make, similarly, new events can also be incorporated into the diary section.
Organisations should apply to the Deputy King’s Harbour Master [email protected] at the Longroom Port Control Station to change existing events or to incorporate new events into the diary.
Water Event Information Document
The Water Event Information Document (WEID) is designed as a working tool for both organisers of events afloat in the Dockyard Port of Plymouth KHM, who oversee port safety. It is a means of reconciling recreational, commercial, and military activities within the Dockyard Port.
The aim of the WEID is to remove any ambiguity by formalising and standardising communication, thus improving safety.
